Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to deliver a premium in-store experience for our customers across Lindt Chocolate Shops. The role requires a positive, engaging, self-starting attitude and strong product knowledge to inspire loyalty.

You will help customers, meet sales goals, maintain store standards, stock shelves, and assist with cashier responsibilities. Availability nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills are beneficial.
• Ability to interact positively with customers and take direction.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales.
• Contribute to meeting or exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
• Maintain store cleanliness, restock shelves, and assist with POS duties.
• Adhere to quality assurance policies and ensure proper pricing and dating.
