Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and patients with warmth and a smile while guiding them through the Wellness Center experience.
• Assist patients with check-in for medical cannabis dispensary, spa services, and Holistic Pharmacy products.
• Learn, promote, and manage points/rewards for the loyalty program for new and existing guests.
• Maintain elevated service levels to leave guests delighted and returning.
