Curio Wellness Corporation operates the Far & Dotter Wellness Center & Spa, seeking a Patient Care Advisor to deliver premium guest service and product education. The PCA guides patients, including medical cannabis-certified clients, caregivers, and Spa clients, while ensuring a high-end purchasing experience.

The role emphasizes POS accuracy, knowledge of product benefits, and promoting add-on items to enhance sales, within a compliant, fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; cannabis, retail, hospitality, or guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment and provide outstanding guest service.
• Strong communication and empathy when assisting patients and guests.
• Willingness to promote products and educate patients on health benefits.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests, patients, peers, and vendors warmly at Far & Dotter Wellness Center.
• Assist patients with medical cannabis causes, spa visits, and Holistic Pharmacy products.
• Learn and promote the Loyalty Program to new and existing guests.
• Ensure an elevated, delighted guest experience and accurate transactions.
