Job summary

Curio Wellness is seeking a Patient Care Advisor to deliver premium retail experiences at the Far & Dotter Wellness Center & Spa. The role focuses on patient education, product selection, and purchasing while ensuring an elevated experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with check-ins for medical cannabis and spa services, promoting loyalty rewards, and driving compliant sales through POS adherence and inventory management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in cannabis, retail, hospitality, or guest service sales is preferred.
• Ability to interact positively with patients and the public, and to recommend products based on needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, patients, peers, and vendors warmly.
• Assist guests with the reason for visit, check-in for medical cannabis dispensary and spa services.
• Promote and manage loyalty program points for Far & Dotter program.
• Educate patients on products and add-ons to drive sales while ensuring compliance.
• Learn and use the POS system and follow SOPs for accurate transactions.
• Perform inventory counts and restock the sales floor as needed.
