Job summary

Curio Wellness is seeking a Patient Care Advisor (PCA) for our Far & Dotter Wellness Center & Spa in Missouri to deliver premium guest service to patients, caregivers, and spa clients. You will educate on cannabis products, assist with selections, and help ensure an elevated experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing the loyalty program, learning the POS system, and assisting with inventory and compliance. Must be 21+ and have a high school diploma or GED.

• Strong guest service skills and a friendly demeanor are essential.
• Ability to educate patients about cannabis products and health benefits.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, patients, peers, and vendors with warmth and a smile.
• Assist patients with product education, selection, and purchasing.
• Learn and promote the Far & Dotter Loyalty Program to new and existing guests.
• Ensure an elevated experience so guests leave delighted.
• Perform daily inventory counts and restock as needed.
