Job summary

Curio Wellness Corporation seeks a dedicated Patient Care Advisor (PCA) to deliver premium retail service at the Far & Dotter Wellness Center & Spa in Maryland. You will educate patients on cannabis products, assist with selections, and manage loyalty programs to elevate the guest experience.

The role requires adherence to HIPAA and MCA/DHSS regulations, accurate transactions, and participation in inventory and compliance processes in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with experience in cannabis, retail, hospitality or guest service sales.
• Knowledge of cannabis products and health benefits preferred.
• Excellent guest service and compliance mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and patients with warmth and deliver an elevated experience.
• Assist patients with product education, selection, and purchasing.
• Learn loyalty program and promote add-on products to drive sales.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and follow SOPs.
• Maintain inventory, restock floors, and ensure a compliant environment.
