Job summary

Curio Wellness in Maryland is seeking a Patient Care Advisor (PCA) to deliver a premium retail experience at the Far & Dotter Wellness Center & Spa. The role focuses on patient education, product selection, and compliant purchasing for medical cannabis-certified patients and the public.

The PCA will drive guest service excellence, manage the loyalty program, participate in inventory and POS activities, and help ensure an elevated, delightful guest experience in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Must have strong guest service skills.
• Ability to empathize with patients and provide education on products.
• Capacity to promote add-on products and promotions.
• Experience with POS systems and retail SOPs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth in the wellness center.
• Assist patients with check-in for medical cannabis dispensary and spa.
• Promote and manage the loyalty program for new and existing guests.
• Educate patients on products to guide purchasing and enhance experience.
• Learn POS systems and ensure transactions are accurate and compliant.
• Restock inventory and manage signage, pricing, and ordering as needed.
• Maintain online menu and prepare orders for in-store and online sales.
