Job summary

Longchamp seeks a Sales Associate for its boutique in Livermore, CA. The role focuses on delivering superior customer service, driving sales, and maintaining merchandising standards. You will operate the POS system, handle transactions, and participate in floor replenishment and loss prevention in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and 3+ years in luxury retail. Light physical duties are required, including stocking and customer assistance throughout store

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and related field education or experience.
• Three plus years’ high-end retail, boutique or sales experience.
• Proficient with POS registers, inventory and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maximize sales while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Maintain product knowledge and merchandise care information.
• Greet and advise clients with a friendly, professional approach.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising and displays.
• Process transactions accurately at POS and manage returns/exchanges.
