Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma (or GED), has 3+ years in luxury retail, is proficient with Cegid and UPS, and can work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. You will greet clients, maintain housekeeping, and assist with stock, transfers, and gift wrapping.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of high-end retail or boutique sales experience.
• Experience with Cegid transactions including sales, returns and reports.
• Proficient with POS systems, UPS, and basic MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales transactions accurately at POS and maintain cash/media controls.
• Greet and advise customers, maximize sales, and manage stock and visual merchandising.
• Assist in floor moves, replenishment, and stock checks; wrap gifts and handle inquiries.
