La Maison Longchamp, based in Paris, is seeking a Sales Associate for its California boutique. You will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain product presentation while handling POS transactions with accuracy.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 3+ years in luxury retail, and experience with inventory, CRM, and merchandising. Flexibility for varied hours is required; join a globally renowned brand emphasizing craftsmanship and client relations.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum high school diploma or GED, plus degree in Retail, Fashion or related field or equivalent work experience
• Three plus years’ high-end retail, boutique or sales related work experience
• Understand inventory, customer’s sales experience and merchandising
• Proficient with the POS system and CRM, and capable of handling returns and exchanges
• Familiar with shipping/receiving and basic Excel/Office tools

Responsabilités

• Drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service to clients
• Maintain product knowledge and merchandise care information
• Greet, advise, and assist clients with a friendly, professional approach
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising and displays to optimize presentation
• Process transactions accurately at POS and manage returns/exchanges and records
