Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Premium Billing and Enrollment Coordinator in the United States to manage the daily enrollment and billing processes in line with contracts, certificates and regulatory entities.

You will ensure accurate entry of individual and business enrollments, resolve billing variances, respond to internal and external inquiries, and maintain confidentiality while supporting data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years experience in health insurance or similar industry including enrollment and eligibility preferred.
• Detail oriented with ability to communicate clearly with internal and external customers.
• Experience with billing processes and regulatory entities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain enrollments and billing in accordance with contracts, member certificates and regulatory entities.
• Research and resolve billing variances to maintain system accuracy; handle inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Process daily enrollment files, communicate requirements, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in generating enrollment letters and reporting as needed.
