Job summary

You will train staff on CSI Software, supervise in leadership’s absence, and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth software operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ applicable work experience required; experience in business or accounting preferred.
• Experience with membership systems and CSI Software; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle billing and collections for Sanford Sports Wellness Center locations.
• Manage accounts, reconciliations, and reporting; oversee member accounts to prevent issues.
• Provide training on membership software (CSI Software) to staff and management when appropriate.
• Collaborate with external vendors to ensure software functionality; maintain banking and accounting practices.
