Job summary

AltaPointe Health is seeking an Enrollment/Billing Coordinator to manage denials, enrollment workflows, and provider enrollment processes across payers. You will support the Business Office, monitor KPI-related reports, and work with HR to maintain enrollment data accuracy.

The role emphasizes collaboration with external billing companies and internal departments to ensure timely enrollment and re-enrollment of providers, CAQH attestation, and payer communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with provider enrollment, insurance billing and/or healthcare financial operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide input into internal processes with the Business Office department, ensuring timeliness and completeness of all billing outputs.
• Oversees the production capability of the provider enrollment department.
• Plan and control effective practices to ensure that all providers are enrolled accurately with applicable payers in a timely manner.
• Implement and monitor compliance with revenue cycle policies to lower enrollment denials.
• Respond to third-party inquiries and determine appropriate action.
• Maintain accurate information regarding enrollment re-enrollment standards.
