Qualifications

• Bell Person experience preferred.
• Must be able to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems in a diplomatic and tactful manner.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests; assist with baggage on arrival and departure; assist with room drops and luggage holds.
• Open doors for arriving and departing guests; assist with unloading luggage from vehicles and transporting to rooms.
• Transport luggage from room to lobby for departing guests and help load into vehicles.
• Explain room equipment operations and inform guests about local attractions and hotel facilities.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries or complaints with courtesy.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and local events to advise guests accordingly.
