Job summary

Oaklawn Jockey Club in Hot Springs, AR seeks a Room Attendant to ensure guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. You will clean rooms and bathrooms, restock supplies, and report repairs, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

You will collaborate with hotel operations, follow safety procedures, and manage up to 12 rooms per shift while delivering discreet, friendly service that aligns with Oaklawn's values and guest-centric culture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of hotel or resort experience.
• Ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Design the guest's comfort during their stay.
• Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and surrounding areas.
• Always present a friendly and professional image at the Hotel/Casino.
• Complete the Room Attendant Daily Report and identify room status.
• Clean up to 12 rooms per shift; clean bedrooms and bathrooms according to procedures.
• Stock carts with linen and guest supplies; report repairs and missing items to Supervisor.
• Follow safety, security and hospitality procedures and company policies.
