Job summary

Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver attentive, courteous service from check-in through checkout. You will promote our guest experience, manage reservations, and assist guests with local information while maintaining confidentiality and a professional image.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and front desk or guest service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience preferred.
• Front desk experience preferred.
• Must be able to handle several projects and tasks at the same time.
• Must be able to perform the physical job duties of all Front Desk team members.
• Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, courteous and efficient service to guests during check-in, stay, and checkout.
• Maintain confidentiality in all departmental matters.
• Provide information to guests about hotel policies, services and amenities.
• Balance shift work and cash drawers.
• Assist other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and hotel.
