Qualifications

• Six months or more experience bartending.
• Accurate cash handling skills required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours.
• Bartending school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet company standards for guest service and appearance.
• Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus.
• Serve alcoholic beverages following all regulations.
• Learn beer, wine varieties, and spirits; upsell to guests.
• Pour drinks responsibly per serving sizes.
• Check guest IDs to verify minimum age requirement.
• Communicate cut-offs to guests as required.
• Respond to customer requests and concerns.
• De-escalate intoxicated guests; involve management as needed.
• Request additional product or restock as required.
• Balance bank/cash drawer counts.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and equipment.
