Qualifications

• Six months or more experience bartending.
• Accurate cash handling skills are required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and long hours.

Responsibilities

• Meet company standards for guest service and interactions.
• Follow bar pre-shift notes and menus.
• Serve alcoholic beverages following regulations.
• Learn beer, wine varieties and spirits; upsell to guests.
• Pour drinks responsibly and verify guest ages.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain a clean workstation.
• Set up and break down bar equipment as required.
• Assist with organization of the cooler.
