Oak View Group is seeking a Bartender to manage beverage service, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, in a fast-paced environment. The role requires professionalism, reliability, and availability for events.

This part-time position offers an hourly rate of $4.00–$5.00 and includes 401(k) benefits options. The job will stay open through December 25, 2026, with opportunities to engage with guests and up-sell drinks.

Qualifications

• Six months or more of experience bartending.
• Accurate cash handling skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ability to meet the company standard for excellence in guest service and interaction.
• Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described.
• Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures and regulations.
• Upsell products to guests with knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
• Pour drinks responsibly and verify guest ages as required.
• Communicate cut-offs and respond to customer requests or concerns.
• De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and involve management if needed.
• Assist with restocking and maintaining a clean, sanitary workstation.
