Qualifications

• Six months or more experience bartending.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Accurate cash handling skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Self-directed while working in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide service of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in a fast-paced setting.
• Follow bar pre-shift notes and menus to ensure standard service.
• Upsell products while maintaining proper serving size.
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age and enforce cut-offs as needed.
• Maintain clean, sanitary workstation and equipment.
• Restock products as required and manage the bar bank.
• Escalate intoxicated or confrontational situations to management.
• Set up and break down bar equipment and assist with cooler organization.
