• Accurate cash handling skills required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-directed while working in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and long hours.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate guest service and maintain uniform standards.
• Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus.
• Serve alcoholic beverages per state/federal regulations.
• Learn beer, wine, and spirits; upsell products.
• Balance cash drawer counts.
• Keep workstation clean and properly stocked.
• Assist with setup/breakdown of bar equipment.
