Job summary

Oak View Group is hiring a Bartender to provide beverage service (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) in a fast-paced environment. The role requires professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work events as scheduled. The hourly pay ranges from $21.00 to $23.00, with part-time benefits including a 401(k) savings plan and matching.

Position remains open until December 31, 2026. Responsibilities include following bar notes, serving beverages, upselling, maintaining compliance with alcohol

Qualifications

• Six months or more experience bartending.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Bartending school preferred.
• Accurate cash handling skills are required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ability to meet the company standard for excellence in guest service and interaction with co-workers.
• Follow the bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described.
• Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures and regulations.
• Upsell products to guests as appropriate.
• Pour drinks responsibly and verify guest age.
• Communicate cut-offs to guests as required.
• Respond to customer requests or concerns and de-escalate when needed.
• Manage the issued bar bank and maintain a clean workstation.
• Set up and break down bar equipment and restock as needed.
