Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of AV-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle in-house and off-site client AV requests.
• Maintain and service AV equipment.
• Promote AV services to clients and guests.
• Operate and troubleshoot audio, video, lighting, and conferencing gear (including Pro Presenter, DMX lighting software, and video switching).
• Maintain inventory of AV equipment and assist in staff training.
