Qualifications

• 1+ year of Automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Proven CSI-focused and customer-service oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational ability to multitask in a fast-paced shop.
• Familiarity with Jeep and Nissan vehicles is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional service experience for all customers, ensuring complete satisfaction (CSI).
• Advise customers on necessary repairs and services, communicating clearly and effectively.
• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Maintain detailed customer records and service reports.
