Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in dealership service leadership with measurable results.
• Luxury or premium import experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching of Advisors and Technicians.
• Expertise in DMS, scheduling, dispatch, and service analytics.

Aufgaben

• Lead Advisors, Technicians, and support staff with clear goals and accountability.
• Own service workflow from check-in to delivery with accurate promises and communication.
• Drive productivity, efficiency, and quality while protecting the customer experience.
• Collaborate with Parts to improve first-time fill and protect cycle time.
• Manage schedule load, capacity planning, and loaner coordination.
• Audit for quality and safety, ensure compliance with Audi standards and warranty policies.
• Monitor KPIs daily and communicate progress to team and leadership.
• Hire, onboard, and develop talent with structured training and performance reviews.
• Own financial performance including gross, ELR, expense control, and warranty recovery.
• Collaborate with Parts and Accounting for seamless operations and client journey.
