Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicle and refer to service history to identify and verify customer’s service needs.
• Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and service requirements.
• Provide accurate cost and time estimates for services and obtain proper customer authorization.
• Check progress of services and communicate changes in cost, time, or recommended services to customers.
• Administer warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Confirm service appointments by telephone the day before arrival and conduct post-repair follow-up.
• Inspect vehicles prior to customer delivery to ensure quality and communicate results to customers.
• Meet state and federal requirements for automobile repair and consumer protection.
