Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training is a plus.
• Experience in a service advisor role or similar customer-facing position preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with automotive repair processes and systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and assess service needs.
• Provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance, repairs, and service options.
• Prepare repair orders by documenting concerns and coordinating with technicians.
• Communicate service updates to customers and answer questions.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience from check-in to pick-up.
• Explain services performed and associated costs.
• Recommend additional services based on vehicle condition and guidelines.
• Work with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely service completion.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction at every stage.
