Qualifications

• Experience in luxury automotive or high-end retail sales.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional client experiences in a luxury environment.
• Refined communication and client engagement skills.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than 2 violations in the last 3 years).

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized, luxury experience tailored to each client.
• Showcase and demonstrate Mercedes-Benz vehicles with deep product knowledge and enthusiasm.
• Build lasting relationships through in-person, phone, email, and digital touchpoints.
• Present tailored pricing options and negotiate with professionalism and transparency.
• Maintain the highest ethical standards in every interaction.
• Stay current with the latest product, technology, and brand training.
