BMW of Freehold is hiring a High Performing Service Advisor to join Lithia & Driveway's network. You will identify customer concerns, explain services, estimate costs, and coordinate repairs with technicians to ensure transparent, timely vehicle care.

Qualifications

• High-Line Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Automotive knowledge or technician background is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Explain required services, costs, and estimated completion times.
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds to assess customer needs and obtain approval for services.
• Coordinate repair work with technicians and assign repair orders.
• Provide clear and accurate service estimates and communicate updates to customers.
• Deliver completed vehicles to customers promptly and follow company processes.
