Holman’s Princeton BMW is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our team. You will visually inspect vehicles, discuss performance with customers, prepare service work orders, and explain costs.

You’ll educate customers on services and act as a liaison between technicians and clients. Requirements include a High School Diploma, 2+ years of dealership service writer experience preferred, and a current valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 2+ years of Dealership Service Writer experience preferred.
• Highline experience strongly preferred.
• Current valid driver’s license and the ability to operate an automobile.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to be a team player.
• Ability to work Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect vehicle, question customer about performance, complete service work order, and explain service costs.
• Interact with customers to determine immediate service needs.
• Use a consultative approach to educate customers on services and products.
• Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers.
• Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating our mission and values.
