Job summary

Modern INFINITI of Greensboro is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our service department. You will be the primary contact between customers and service technicians, helping customers understand maintenance and repair needs while delivering a smooth, transparent experience from check-in to delivery.

You will greet customers, document symptoms, prepare repair orders, and communicate estimates and timelines clearly while building lasting relationships through trust and outstanding

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain automotive repairs and maintenance in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
• A sales-minded approach with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn and grow.
• Experience with INFINITI or another luxury automotive brand is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional service experience.
• Listen to customer concerns, document vehicle symptoms, and recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare repair orders and communicate service recommendations, estimates, and timelines clearly.
• Work closely with technicians and the service department to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and provide updates as needed.
• Recommend additional maintenance and repairs to help customers keep their vehicles safe and reliable.
• Build lasting customer relationships through trust, follow-up, and excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer records and repair orders.
• Contribute to service department sales, customer satisfaction, and retention goals.
