Description of the role: Welcome to Infiniti of Charlotte Inc, where we are seeking a dedicated Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Matthews, NC. As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and acting as a liaison between customers and our automotive technicians.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and service requests
