Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail environment is preferred.
• Flexibility to work weeknights and weekends.
• Ability to convey customer needs to management and sales personnel.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Driving record meets dealership guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments and record on the repair order.
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
• Answer phones and direct customers to proper department.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to appropriate staff for resolution.
• Operate switchboard telephone system.
• Communicate with callers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist managers with clerical duties as needed.
• Be friendly, professional, and efficient with customers and teammates.
• Familiarize yourself with department structures and procedures to assist customers efficiently.
