Qualifications

• 7+ years of premium audit experience with large accounts ($1M+ in premium).
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP); proficiency in Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Independently audit complex Workers’ Compensation and General Liability policies.
• Manage audits in assigned territory, primarily large accounts; overnight travel may be required.
• Primary contact for assigned accounts with insureds, underwriters, and producers.
• Resolve complex audit disputes and coordinate with internal teams.
• Confirm classification accuracy per governing rules; assist with test audits and bureau inquiries.
• Report findings to producers, underwriters, insureds, and leadership.
• Deliver exceptional service throughout the audit process.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Support departmental goals as assigned.

This role may require a hybrid work schedule in any of our US AmTrust offices.

The expected salary range for this role is $84,300 - 100,000.00.
