Job summary

ProAssurance seeks a Premium Audit Executive to oversee audits across the Eastern Alliance line, ensuring accurate classifications, exposures, and premium bases. The role emphasizes client relations, workload management, and collaboration with management on strategic initiatives.

You will travel up to 80%, and operate in a hybrid environment, reporting to Eastern Alliance offices roughly twice per month. A bachelor’s in relevant fields and CPA/APA/CIPA credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, insurance or related field; ten years of field premium audit experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• 60% - Manage audit assignments, territorial management of process with focus on large and complex accounts; analyze audits by reviewing operations and data; resolve issues to maintain relationships.
• 15% - Assist manager in Visual Audit Administrator rights with audit assignment ordering; approve audits over 10,000 premium adjustments; monitor aged 120-day listings.
• 10% - Lead, direct and coach work of less experienced team members; mentor and orient new staff; conduct training presentations.
