Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, insurance or related field is required.
• Ten years of field premium audit experience required; advanced certification preferred.
• APA or CIPA certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software.

Aufgaben

• Manage audit assignments and analyze audits to determine classifications and premium bases.
• Collaborate with agency partners and clients to resolve issues and build relationships.
• Oversee Visual Audit Administrator tasks and audit assignment ordering.
• Lead and coach junior team members; conduct training sessions.
• Serve as main contact for assigned region; handle audit disputes.
• Travel up to 80% of the time and attend industry events; prepare periodic reports.
