Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of F&B management experience in entertainment venues or hotels.
• Proficiency with POS, purchasing and inventory systems.
• Experience budgeting and allocating resources.
• Proficient with Caterease, Triple Seat and Delphi catering software.

Responsibilities

• Set direction for supervisory and front-line catering staff to ensure guest experience across premium outlets and events.
• Track sales trends and adjust offerings to maximize profitability; respond to service issues.
• Coordinate daily labor, staffing levels, and breaks for seamless service.
• Maintain inventory of food, beverage, and disposables; monitor waste and costs with Finance.
• Oversee catering storage spaces and DOH compliance; manage staff housing and transport as needed.
• Engage with clients and sports teams from inquiry to run-of-show.
• Collaborate with Culinary Department to execute food initiatives.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of catering staff; provide ongoing feedback.
