Job summary

Alliance Ground International is seeking an Airport Concierge in Santa Ana, CA, to deliver a seamless client experience from arrival through boarding. You will greet clients, escort them through security, guide them to gates or lounges, assist with luggage, and monitor flight changes, communicating promptly with clients.

You will use Airport Butler to manage service times and maintain confidentiality and safety throughout the airport environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Own a smartphone and be willing to download AGI/Airport Butler apps.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients upon arrival with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Escort clients through security and to gates, lounges, or amenities.
• Assist with luggage and ensure correct destination loading.
• Monitor flights and communicate gate changes, delays, or cancellations.
• Assist with printing boarding passes if necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to escort protocols.
• Use Airport Butler to track service start/end times and communicate with clients.
