Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking an Airport Concierge to deliver a seamless airport experience for clients in a fast-paced aviation environment. The role emphasizes safety, communication, and top-notch customer service as you escort clients through airports and coordinate with airlines.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of customer service experience, is 18+ years old, and comfortable using Airport Butler for service management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient verbal and written communication.
• Strong computer and smartphone skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients upon arrival with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Escort clients through security and to gates, lounges, or amenities.
• Assist with luggage and ensure correct destination loading.
• Monitor flight changes and inform clients of delays or cancellations.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to escorting protocol.
