Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking an Airport Concierge to deliver a seamless end-to-end airport experience for clients. Responsibilities include greeting, escorting through security, assisting with luggage, and monitoring flights.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of customer service experience and must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Uniforms are provided and safety protocols are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Own smartphone and be willing to download AGI apps.
• High proficiency of computer and smartphone skills.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Willing to work flexible schedule mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must wear company uniform and conform to grooming standards.
• Able to use Airport Butler tools after training.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Escort clients through security and to gates or lounges.
• Assist with luggage and ensure correct destination.
• Monitor flights and relay gate changes to clients.
• Print boarding passes if necessary.
• Develop rapport with agencies and airlines within the airport.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Use Airport Butler system to track service details.
