Job summary

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Must own a smartphone and download AGI apps.
• Proficient with computer and smartphone applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients upon arrival with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Escort clients through security and to gates, lounges, or amenities.
• Assist with luggage and ensure correct destination loading.
• Monitor flights and communicate gate changes, delays, or cancellations.
• Assist with printing boarding passes if needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow escorting protocols at all times.
