Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is hiring an Airport Concierge to deliver a seamless end-to-end airport experience for clients in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. You will greet clients on arrival, escort them through security, to gates or lounges, assist with luggage, and monitor flight changes.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication, and comfort with airport apps.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Must own a smartphone and be willing to download AGI apps for operations.
• High proficiency with computers and smartphones, including apps.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be willing to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients upon arrival at the airport in a friendly, professional manner.
• Escort clients through security.
• Escort clients to gates, lounges, restaurants, or desired amenities.
• Assist with luggage and ensure correct destination handling.
• Monitor flights and communicate gate changes, delays, or cancellations to clients.
• Learn and use Airport Butler systems to manage service details and communications.
