Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) required; Life and Health Insurance required.
• 3+ years of direct banking/wealth management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive Mass Affluent client acquisition and retention.
• Proactively generate leads and manage client appointments.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to deepen share of wallet and deliver exceptional service.
• Deliver Financial Wellness with tailored solutions aligned to client needs.
• Maintain proactive and accurate sales/relationship management records.
