Job summary

PNC is seeking a Premier Client Banker in Brecksville, OH to drive Mass Affluent client acquisition and deepen relationships. You will partner with Banking and Investing teams to deliver tailored Financial Wellness solutions and manage a portfolio of clients.

This role emphasizes relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, and risk awareness to provide an exceptional client experience across the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Certifications are often desired.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to proactively drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach and retention for purposes of generating revenue and deepening share of wallet with new and existing clients.
• Proactively generate and manage leads and client appointments and leverage needs-based consultative skills to grow share of wallet.
• Develops and maintains internal partnerships to drive new revenue, acquisition and growth and manage risk while maximizing profitability for the portfolio.
• Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing, including ongoing relationship reviews.
• Coordinate with ecosystem partners to deliver Financial Wellness and tailored solutions aligned with client needs.
