Job summary

Truist Wealth in the United States seeks a seasoned Premier Banking Advisor to serve as the primary relationship manager for a mass affluent client portfolio. You will deliver a broad range of banking, mortgage, planning, investments, and insurance solutions with a client-centric, advisory approach.

Leverage the Truist network to grow relationships, maintain profiling and planning analyses, and collaborate with dedicated partners to provide integrated wealth services while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with business/finance focus or equivalent financial services experience.
• Five years of financial services experience with banking, investments or lending; or one year in a client-relations role.
• Strong knowledge of personal financial planning, investments, insurance and asset allocation concepts.
• Active regulatory licenses (SIE, FINRA Series 7/66 or 63/65) and insurance licenses; SAFE Mortgage licensing compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal, sales and relationship-management skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for mass affluent clients and deliver broad retail & wealth products.
• Understand client needs via profiling and financial planning analyses, coordinating with advisors on investments.
• Monitor market trends and provide financial planning guidance to clients and their CPAs/attorneys.
• Grow revenue by acquiring new clients, expanding services, and promoting new products with cross-sell.
• Collaborate with IRM partners to deliver integrated banking, mortgage, planning, investments, and insurance services.
• Maintain compliant books and align with Truist audit/regulatory requirements.
• Support Premier Banking program enhancements and adherence to policies.
