Job summary

Truist Wealth is seeking a Premier Banking / Premier Advisor professional to manage a portfolio of mass affluent clients, delivering comprehensive banking, planning, investments and insurance solutions. You will leverage a broad advisory toolkit and collaborate with IRM partners to serve client needs.

The role requires solid licensing, strong client service and driving revenue growth within Truist’s Premier Banking framework. A bachelor’s degree and FINRA/insurance credentials are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, banking or equivalent financial services experience.
• Minimum of five years of financial services experience working with banking, investments, and/or retail lending.
• Advanced knowledge of personal financial planning/advisory concepts and investment management.
• Active FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7, 66) and insurance licenses or to obtain within 100–150 days.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of mass affluent clients.
• Sell and deliver a broad range of fee income and retail banking products and services.
• Develop client financial plans and coordinate with advisors for asset allocation and investments.
• Meet revenue growth, profitability, and retention goals by expanding services to clients.
