Truist is seeking a Premier Banker to manage a portfolio of mass affluent client relationships, delivering banking, mortgage, planning, investments, and insurance solutions with a high-touch, personalized service approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business, accounting, finance, banking or equivalent financial services experience.
• Minimum of five years of financial services experience with banking, investments, and/or retail lending.
• Advanced knowledge of personal financial planning/advisory/insurance and investment management concepts.
• Active FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7, 66 or 63/65) and Insurance licenses; SAFE Mortgage licensing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for mass affluent clients and deliver a broad range of retail products.
• Understand client financial needs and collaborate with financial advisors on investments.
• Keep abreast of market trends and provide financial planning resources to clients and CPAs.
• Meet revenue growth, profitability, and retention goals through client acquisition and service excellence.
