Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and at least three years of event planning or conference coordination experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders and client groups.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and in a highly collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on- and off-campus program delivery and collect real-time feedback from participants.
• Prepare for delivery of nondegree custom programs, open enrollment classes, and other offerings; liaise with clients.
• Arrange facilities, housing, food, equipment, and materials; negotiate vendor contracts; manage budget; supervise student staff.
• Manage program evaluations and update participant and program records; prepare related reports.
• Perform other related functions as assigned.
