Job summary

Truist is seeking a skilled relationship manager to oversee a portfolio of mass affluent clients in the Truist footprint. You will deliver integrated banking, planning, investments and insurance services while leveraging the referral network for client acquisition.

You will establish client needs through financial planning analyses, work with advisors on investment accounts, and stay abreast of market trends to provide proactive guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent financial services experience.
• Strong knowledge of personal financial planning/advisory concepts and investment management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of mass affluent clients and deliver a broad range of banking, planning, investments and insurance services.
• Develop and deepen client relationships through proactive financial planning and advice.
• Stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes impacting mass affluent clients.
• Meet revenue growth, profitability and retention goals by expanding services to existing clients and acquiring new clients.
• Collaborate with IRM partners to provide integrated solutions and ensure seamless client service.
