Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of Universal Banker experience, preferably in a community bank.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the voice of the bank, answering calls and routing inquiries.
• Act as a relationship ambassador, delivering professional, welcoming experiences.
• Collect client feedback and share insights to improve client experience.
• Serve as a point of contact for select client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Deliver surprise and delight touches—notes, gifts, or follow-ups for clients.
